2.4 One Account Per Person

If ph8988 detects multiple Accounts belonging to the same individual, we reserve the right to close duplicate Accounts, void all associated bets, confiscate balances, and permanently ban the User from our Services.

2.5 Account Security

You agree to immediately notify ph8988 of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach. ph8988 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

ph8988 accepts deposits through various payment methods including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers, and other approved payment channels. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed during the deposit process. Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of funds from your Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified with all required identification documents submitted and approved.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply as specified in your Account dashboard.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 6-24 hours for GCash and Maya, and 1-2 business days for bank transfers.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your ph8988 Account.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

3.3 Identity Verification and Anti-Money Laundering

ph8988 is required by law to verify the identity of all Users and monitor transactions for suspicious activity. Failure to provide requested documents may result in Account suspension and withdrawal delays.

3.5 Transaction Fees

4. Betting Rules and Regulations

• All Bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or modified after acceptance by our system.
• You must have sufficient Balance in your Account to cover the stake amount of any Bet you place.
• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds may change at any time before Bet acceptance.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply to all wagers and vary by sport, market, and User profile.

4.2 Bet Settlement

ph8988 settles all Bets based on official results from recognized sports governing bodies, game providers, or other authoritative sources. In the event of disputes regarding results, ph8988's determination shall be final and binding. Settlement times vary by sport and event but typically occur within minutes to hours after event conclusion.

4.3 Void Bets

ph8988 reserves the right to void any Bet if:

• An event is cancelled, postponed beyond a reasonable timeframe, or abandoned before completion.
• A technical error results in incorrect odds or market availability.
• The Bet is placed after an event has already commenced (except for live betting).
• There is evidence of fraudulent activity, collusion, or manipulation.
• The User has violated any provision of these Terms.

When a Bet is voided, the stake amount is returned to your Account Balance.

4.4 Betting Limits

ph8988 reserves the right to impose betting limits on any User or market without prior notice. These limits may include maximum stake amounts, maximum potential winnings, or restrictions on specific betting patterns. We may refuse any Bet at our sole discretion.

4.5 Live Betting

Live betting (in-play betting) is subject to additional rules due to the dynamic nature of odds and markets during ongoing events. Bets may be refused or subjected to delays while odds are recalculated. Acceptance of live bets is at ph8988's discretion.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

ph8988 offers various bonuses and promotions to Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet amounts, and expiration periods. These specific terms are provided when each bonus is offered and form part of these Terms.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

5.3 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and associated winnings cannot be withdrawn until all specified wagering requirements have been fulfilled. If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

6. Account Closure and Suspension

6.1 User-Initiated Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting ph8988 customer support. Upon closure, you may withdraw any remaining Balance in your Account (subject to verification requirements). Bonus funds and pending bets may be forfeited upon Account closure.

6.2 ph8988-Initiated Suspension or Closure

ph8988 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• We suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• You provide false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• You engage in abusive behavior toward ph8988 staff or other Users.

Upon Account closure by ph8988, we will return any Balance to you (minus any amounts owed to ph8988), provided we are satisfied that such funds were obtained legitimately and not through violation of these Terms.

6.3 Self-Exclusion

If you believe your betting activity has become problematic, you may request self-exclusion from ph8988 Services for a specified period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. During self-exclusion, you will be unable to access your Account, place bets, or receive promotional materials. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the specified period.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on ph8988.cam, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and data compilations, is the property of ph8988 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any ph8988 content without our express written permission.

The ph8988 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of ph8988. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent for any purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law:

• ph8988 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.
